As the owner and founder of Decidere Real Estate, I am passionate about helping people create solutions through real estate while building meaningful relationships along the way. My background in engineering, landscape, and church ministry has equipped me with a unique set of skills as well as a deep compassion for the needs and challenges of others. I believe that every real estate transaction should be approached with integrity, attentiveness, and a genuine desire to serve. I specialize in lease options and wholesaling, using creative strategies to help both buyers and sellers achieve their goals. My ability to listen carefully and understand each person’s unique situation allows me to provide tailored solutions to achieve goals in the best possible way. Whether working with homeowners, investors, or community members, I strive to lead with excellence, empathy, and professionalism. As cofounder of Decidere, I bring a creative vision, unwavering dedication, and a grounded spiritual foundation to every opportunity I pursue. My approach is built on thinking outside the box and creating solutions that not only generate value, but also positively impact the lives of others. Before entering the world of real estate, I spent several years serving in Fire and EMS, where I developed resilience, discipline, and a deep passion for serving people in times of need. That experience continues to fuel my mission to provide quality housing and support for first responders, young families, couples, and emerging business owners seeking a fresh start. I believe in building the Kingdom through a servant’s mindset — leading with integrity, compassion, and purpose in every relationship and investment. Whether revitalizing properties or helping others create stability and opportunity, my goal is to leave a lasting impact that extends far beyond real estate.
